Thought I was done with dinosaurs, FUCK NO! 
damn you bigots with limited interests. Anyway this isn't exactly a dinosaur but it is prehistoric and came before them. Plus everyone loves sharks! So you have to love this one. 
Anyway, here's my interpretation of the Helicoprion bessonovi. They're an extinct shark-like fish that live in the late Carboniferous oceans 310 million years ago, surviving the Permian-Triassic extinction event, and eventually going extinct in the early Triassic 250 million years ago.
I will probably make this Helicoprion a permanent character because sharks are awesome but extinct ones are the best.
just got to figure out a name for him/her. Anyway, this was just a traditional sketch that I doodled around 1:00 am last night... not sure why but I love the result.
